Hello! I came across this call and I would like to get involved. I have a vast experience with projects of diversity and inclusion. I graduated in journalism, and I have been working for organizations such as UN agencies and EU projects in Tirana, Albania, Terres des Hommes, GIZ, as an artivist for nearly 12 years now. I have countless of successful campaigns, but I have not a CSO. I have a NUIS, so I am registered as a physical person and I pay taxes, but as an influencer. I have great ideas to talk about diversity and inclusion on regional level. In 2023 I won an award at the Art Without Limit International Film Festival in Prishtina, with "Lulebore" e project featuring persons with both intellectual and physical disabilities and again, in the same festival, in December 2024 I won an award with "Arti the equal" (Arti i barabarti), an animated movie for children about diversity and inclusion. Am i eligible, or a CSO is a must? Best regards! Gentian
